The League was formed at an inaugural meeting on the 15th May 2003. Clubs involved are
Cambridge & Coleridge AC, Cambridge Triathlon Club, Haverhill RC, Newmarket Joggers, and Saffron Striders. Events take place one evening per month throughout the summer, with each club hosting one event. They are generally run on Thursday evenings starting at 7:30pm. Information on the participating clubs follows. |

HAVERHILL RC Haverhill Running Club based in West Suffolk, was formed in 1999 by 10 enthusiastic runners in January 1999 and now has over 50 active members. The club meets at Haverhill Leisure Centre every Thursday night at 7:30 for a training tun. They cater for slow and fast runners and welcome beginners who take up the challenge of running.

SAFFRON STRIDERS RC The club is based in Saffron Walden Essex. Training nights are Tuesdays at 8:00pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm. The Sessions are geared to suit all abilities and start from Lord Butler Leisure Centre, Peasland Rd, CB11. We have a lively social program and organise an open 10k event at the end of September each year, attracting around 400 runners. We also compete in a cross country league with events run between October and February.
