Debden Dash
Its' that girl Clare again, with a well organised day out for runners and families.  If you didn't make it this time you should seriously try it when/if (we hope) she does it again. Three courses of various lengths were provided to suit all abilities, including children.  They were through beautiful countryside and well marked out with flour blobs and arrows. If you see any constipated peasants pheasants in Debden it wasn't our flour. The weather was kind to us, warm enough to sit out but not hot enough to make running unpleasant (perish the thought!).  Cold beer, Pims and soft drinks were provided at the finish to refresh and cheer the gallant perambulators.

Thank U's to:   Clare once again for the organisation and running the three courses with 41/2 kilos of flour to mark them.   Various members of Clare's family and others too numerous to name.
