Tinsel Run 21 Dec 2004 I tried to count the number of Striders running, but I get confused after 30 and there was more than that. This is probably a record for the club, well in my time anyway. The number of illuminated houses to visit increases in quantity and spectacle each year, and I can foresee the gentle run approaching a half marathon in years to come. Enough of the crystal ball. Clare Parry did her usual excellent job of mulling the wine and serving us, with the able assistance of Chris Dodge. Thanks to all who provided mince pies. Sixteen of us carried on for a curry, and some needed re-hydration, at the Mogul restaurant.
