Humpty Dumpty 10k

Tim Hyatt reports:

I took part in the first running of the Humpty Dumpty 10k at Reedham in the Norfolk Broads. I finished in 43.06, 39th out of 216 and pleasingly 5th in my age group out of about 30.

It's called the "Humpty Dumpty" because of the local brewery. Its a really picturesque setting for the race, and surprisingly undulating for Norfolk, the last km was all uphill! It was well organised and very friendly, a bit of a drive to get there but well worth it. I would recommend it for any standard of runner to do, but also for families to go along and watch and then make a day of it up in Norfolk.

The race is hosted by the Great Yarmouth & District Athletic Club.
