Oakley 20m

5 April 2009

Nigel Coates reports:

The Oakley 20 is a popular pre-London race, with 800 runners starting in Oakley a small village north of Bedford. It was ideal conditions, sunshine, but not too hot and no wind.

The route is an undulating one on quiet roads with a 12 mile loop followed by an 8 mile inner loop.

A hooded sweatshirt was the prize for running it this year.
