St Ives 10k 19 July 2009 Nigel Coates reports: This is a well organised event, with good facilities and chip timing. It ought to be a really fast course, being out to an airfield and then back along the same route, with no great hills and all on good tarmac. However the airfield was a windy place today, and if it had been a hot day then the large expanse of tarmac with no shade would also make it hard going.
